Please note:
a. Accommodation rates are on bed & breakfast basis
b. Israeli participants need to add 17% VAT to these rates.
c. Foreign participants who are also Israeli Citizens will be required to pay VAT.
d. Foreign participants –During check in please present your passport and the B2 entrance card which you receive at the airport (which indicates your exemption for paying vat).
Important notes
• Early reservation:
The number of rooms is limited and we urge you to make your reservation as soon as possible and before December 1, 2023. Rooms will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Official check-in/check-out time at hotels:
Check-in: Sunday-Friday – 15:00; Saturday – 21:00
Check-out: 11:00
• Sharing Accommodation
If reserving a room to be shared and paid for by two participants separately, please list the name of the other participant or indicate that you wish us to find you a roommate. The secretariat will assist as much as possible, but if a roommate cannot be found, the participant will be charged for a single room.
Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation should be sent in writing only to the Workshop Secretariat:

Refund will be made as follows:
• Cancellations received by November 30, 2023 – full refund less US$ 30 handling fees.
• Cancellations received by December 20, 2023 – full refund less 50% cancellation fees.
• Thereafter – no refund.
